Owner and CEO of Direct Mail Marketing Group. Besides working with clients and running the business Todd is a sought-after speaker and writer regarding fundraising. He teaches and shares what it takes to make individuals and organizations fundraising superstars. He speaks and has written for the Leadership Institute, National Public Radio, Campaigns and Elections magazine, Events Magazine, and American Society of Association Executives.
A native of Tennessee and a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Todd studied Public Relations and Marketing. Todd, his wife Suzan, and their daughters, Emily and Savannah, live in Ashburn, VA.
Steve Johnson
Vice President and COO
Steve Johnson, Vice President and COO of Morgan, Meredith and Associates has nearly 20 years of experience in fundraising and direct mail. His knowledge of mail and USPS regulations and standards, as well as many contacts within the USPS help clients fulfill any project with ease. Steve also has extensive business, management, sales and customer relations expertise.
Jennifer Longo
Chief Financial Officer
Jennifer has been with the firm since 2010. Jennifer has 15 years of financial management and accounting experience in the Northern Virginia Area. She accepted the challenge of Chief Financial Officer at Morgan Meredith in 2013. As MMA’s Chief Compliance Officer, she is an expert in FEC, state, and local Campaign Regulations and serves as a counselor to numerous Members of Congress and Political Action Committees.
A native of Sterling, Virginia, she attended Radford College studying finance. Jenn is happily married to her husband Sean, with a wonderful seven-year-old son, Anthony. She calls Bluemont, Virginia home.

Senior Executive Assistant
Twyla Hendricks has been with the firm since 2012. Twyla has become a true asset to MMA, from her vital role assisting the CFO to her knowledge of FEC state and local Campaign Regulations. She has completed several Federal Election Programs to certify her in FEC Compliance. Her accounting knowledge has helped her become the lead support for MMA’s accounts receivable and accounts payables.
Kelsie Hoffman

Kelsie Hoffman has been with Morgan, Meredith & Associates since December 2013. Kelsie has been a huge asset by assisting with all aspects of Morgan, Meredith & Associates. She actively works with direct mail clients, federal election clients and continues to play a vital role in the accounting department. She also serves as MMA’s caging manager.
